(1) A coordinating committee will be formed with the following members to assist the central officer in effectively carrying out the work in accordance with the Ordinance and this regulation:-
(a) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs – Coordinator (b) Representative, Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Member
(c) Representative, Supreme Court – Member
(d) Representative, Office of the Attorney General – Member
(f) Representative, investigating and investigating or other related bodies - members
(2) The duties and responsibilities of the coordination committee constituted as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) To make necessary suggestions on matters relating to mutual legal assistance,
(b) To provide necessary assistance in relation to the exchange of mutual legal assistance,
(c) To perform other tasks as prescribed by the Central Authority.
